Required number of residential accommodation for the faculty, staff officers and the course members are constructed at various places. NDC has completed a 4 storied B type Officers Quarter where 16x Officers can be accommodated. It has another apartment of NAM at Mirpur 13 where 36x flats are available.

At present, Commandant is residing at Mirpur Cantonment, the faculty and the staff officers are residing at Mirpur Cantonment, Dhaka Cantonment and at NAM Garden, Mirpur which is located in between Mirpur and Dhaka Cantonment. All overseas course members are given with the accomodation facilities in B Type Quarter and NAM. They stay in a well furnished house.

Navy and Air Force Course Members of NDC areprovided with accommodation by their respective services. Civil Course Members continue with their existing accommodation. Army course members normally stay in NAM, Dhaka Cantonment and B type quarters.
