National Defence College, Bangladesh celebrated the Independence Day of the Republic of Uganda on Thursday, 30 October 2025. Course member of the Republic of Uganda attending National Defence Course-2025 Colonel Richard Obura Kidega presented his country to the other course members. Lieutenant General Mohammad Shaheenul Haque, OSP, BSP, ndc, hdmc, psc, Commandant, National Defence College (NDC), Bangladesh graced the occasion as chief guest.
